Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Business Analysis and Reporting team, you'll be responsible for providing high-level analytical support to our clients. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and analytical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

* Pre-and post-examination of client programs, business initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns to assist the business in making informed decisions.

• Investigate the execution of various pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing).
• Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models.
• Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions.
• Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for the business to consider or address.
• Support the development and improvement of Coke Florida tools to enhance financial targets based on various switches from top-line to bottom-line with continued improvement of value chain capabilities.
• Model business scenarios based on analyzed data sets and business needs/requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and develop executive-level summaries and presentations.
• Any other related and assigned duties.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting.
• Management Consulting or Design experience highly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills - PivotTables, VLookups, with modeling capabilities.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Data visualization skills through Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support various stakeholders.
• Strong change management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to exhibit entrepreneurial thinking to drive growth in overall business framework.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

* Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL.

• Quantitative analysis using R or similar tool.
• Knowledge of Edge Mind (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SharePoint.
• Functional understanding of sales, delivery, warehouse, production processes.
• Project management or support experience.
