Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for addressing and resolving member inquiries, troubleshooting app and device issues, and documenting and updating member records based on interactions. Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Addressing and resolving member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting app and device issues to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Documenting and updating member records based on interactions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Staying informed about our evolving products and services to provide expert advice and support
  • Managing multiple member inquiries quickly, accurately, and efficiently to meet customer expectations

Work Environment and Workspace

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office. To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, we require:

  • A dedicated home office workspace, ideally a separate room with its own door
  • Adequate space to set up your workstation
  • Ability to hardwire internet (direct connection to your router)
  • Three power connections
  • No personal disruptions during scheduled hours (e.g., loud music, non-work-related phone calls, or other household members)
  • Continuous availability throughout your shift; flexibility to handle non-work-related tasks is not possible

Preferred Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Minimum typing speed of 40-55 WPM
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma required; college education preferred
  • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting apps and devices
  • Previous medical experience a plus

Training and Development

As a new hire, you'll participate in our comprehensive training program, which includes:

  • 100% attendance required
  • Live remote training to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Systems and program training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, dayshift training to ensure a thorough understanding of our products and services

After-Training Schedule

After completing your training, you'll work a Monday-Friday, afternoon/evening shift, with full and part-time hours available. We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs and ensure a healthy work-life balance.
