  • *Responsibilities**

As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician & Customer Relations Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our pharmacy customers through inbound calls, emails, and written communications. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner, upholding our company's purpose and values. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer calls and emails in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values
  • Researching and resolving complex customer issues with empathy and expertise
  • Collaborating with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Reviewing and processing incoming phone calls, emails, and letters
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding company procedures and policies
  • Partnering with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance
  • Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date
  • 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we're looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

  • Call Center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • *Education**

A verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.

  • *Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
