Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and managing data in our systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting and updating data into various systems and databases with a high degree of accuracy
  • Verifying and correcting data entries to ensure integrity and consistency
  • Managing and organizing large volumes of information, ensuring data is up-to-date and accessible
  • Performing regular data audits and generating reports as required
  • Communicating with team members and supervisors to address any data-related issues or discrepancies
  • Adhering to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role (preferred)
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Experience

Working Hours

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. We're looking for individuals who can commit to 20-25 hours per week. Ability to work across different time zones is an advantage.
