Key Responsibilities:

* Establish and maintain utility accounts with a high degree of accuracy and speed

  • Verify account eligibility and accessibility, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Prepare, distribute, and complete work orders efficiently and effectively
  • Prepare files for mass customer communications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Assist with mailing billing statements and other notices generated in-house
  • Scan or retain documents, maintaining a secure and organized digital archive
  • Perform monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests, identifying areas for improvement
  • Enter data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases, providing valuable insights for business growth
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or acceptable equivalency diploma (GED)

  • Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist
  • Strong computer skills, typing, and accuracy, with the ability to pass testing for consideration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and independent thinking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associates degree in business administration, data entry, or related fields

  • Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist
  • Specialized knowledge of data entry software and systems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
