Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Benefit Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email, ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely information about their healthcare and pension benefits.
- Accurately explaining healthcare and pension benefit information in simple terms, using internal systems and documentation to resolve client inquiries.
- Maintaining confidentiality and upholding HIPAA and data security standards, ensuring the protection of sensitive client information.
- Collaborating with teammates and leadership to meet service standards, driving continuous improvement and excellence in our customer service delivery.
- Using internal systems and documentation to resolve client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to client requests.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED, with previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bilingual speakers (Spanish or French) can earn an additional $0.75/hr, with opportunities for language training and development.
- A strong commitment to customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.
What We Offer
