Responsibilities
As a Chat Support & Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers through live chat to answer questions, provide information, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions for reference and analysis, using our CRM system
- Striving to exceed customer expectations and provide a positive impression with every interaction, promoting customer loyalty and retention

Requirements and Skills
