Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer interaction: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and addressing their travel-related inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations: Use our advanced reservation systems to process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations, while providing information on flight schedules, fares, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues: Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist with baggage handling: Ensure safe and efficient luggage handling, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
  • Adhere to safety and security protocols: Maintain compliance with airline regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure travel experience for our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and a superior travel experience for our customers.
  • Promote careerzynith's services and loyalty programs: Enhance our customers' travel experiences by promoting careerzynith's services, promotions, and loyalty programs.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: A college degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous customer service experience: Preferably in the airline or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Handle stressful situations with professionalism and poise, working effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and software applications: Familiarity with various software applications, including reservation systems and customer relationship management tools.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts: Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Bilingual skills: Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
