Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist & Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our customer data while providing exceptional support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing accurate data entry and typing tasks with a high level of speed and accuracy
  • Processing customer information and order details with precision and attention to detail
  • Handling customer service calls and emails with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Updating customer accounts and databases with accuracy and efficiency
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintaining data accuracy and quality standards through regular quality checks and reporting
  • Generating typing reports and documentation as required

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable internet and quiet workspace
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Technical Requirements

To perform this role effectively, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • A computer with a current operating system (Windows or Mac)
  • High-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
  • A professional headset for calls
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Dedicated home office space with minimal distractions

Compensation and Benefits
