Key Responsibilities

As a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and directing clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and routing calls to the appropriate person
  • Sorting, screening, scanning, and distributing mail and other correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date computer files and records
  • Providing general office support to various departments, including data entry, filing, faxing, and copying
  • Tracking, ordering, and maintaining office supplies to ensure efficient operation
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and manage competing demands

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
  • Insurance industry experience or knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Advanced computer skills, including experience with database management and other software applications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
