Requirements: Hold a Master's Degree in social work from a CSWE accredited program, PhD in Social work or DSW preferred. Have at least two years of post-master's practice experience. Master's Level Professional License is preferred. Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range.
