Field Verifier, Auditor – Part-Time, Seasonal
Job Description:
- Conduct in-field verifications (66%) through travel to farms and in-field locations across North America
- Coordinate data collection and close gaps with producers and partners
- Draft and finalize verification reports and present results to farmers
- Support report review and QA to uphold consistency
- Assist with onboarding and training of technicians and new verifiers
- Identify field anomalies and scoring questions to escalate to the Lead Verifier
- Provide exceptional customer experience during verification and contacts with customers
- Complete special projects for overall improvement of the verification process
Requirements:
- 3+ years in auditing, verification, agronomy, conservation, supply chain assurance, or adjacent field-based assessment roles
- Field credibility across cropping systems and/or livestock systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in tools such as Salesforce, Google Drive, and Microsoft Suite
- Ability to explain technical or complex concepts simply, clearly, and with empathy
- Comfortable working in a team-based delivery model
