Job Overview We are seeking passionate NLP Engineers with hands-on experience in AI and deep learning to join our remote team. This is a specialist individual contributor role working on sophisticated NLP pipelines, text and speech processing, and real-world AI applications. This role is ideal for candidates who Are highly energetic, proactive, and sharp. Have hands-on coding experience in Python3 with AI frameworks. Key Responsibilities

Fetch and process unstructured data (text, audio, logs) from various sources (databases, filesystems, APIs, streams). Preprocess and prepare data using NLTK, SpaCy, Gensim, Librosa, etc. Develop and implement deep learning models (TensorFlow/PyTorch) for classification, regression, clustering, anomaly detection, and structured outputs. Work extensively on deep neural networks (CNNs, RNNs, MLPs, DBNs, RBMs, Autoencoders). Implement word embeddings and word vector representations. Collaborate with the data science team on multiple AI/NLP applications. Mandatory Skills Strong coding skills in Python3 NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, SpaCy 3, TensorFlow 2 or PyTorch 1.5. Hands-on experience with deep learning models for text and speech. Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and NLP pipelines. Preferred Skills Functional programming in Python (map-reduce, lambda, etc.). Development of data platforms. Experience with Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, Keras. Implementation of BERT and transformer-based attention mechanisms. Startup or product development experience in AI/NLP is a plus. Who Should Apply Fresher or candidates with Apply To This Job
