Role Description This is a remote role for a member of the Global Recruitment and Admission Team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting interviews, onboarding new candidates, and ensuring alignment with the academy's mission and values. Other responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies, ongoing training initiatives, and maintaining open communication with potential candidates and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
- Aptitude for Training and mentoring team members
- Proven ability to manage and organize recruitment pipelines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote and diverse team environment
- Familiarity with educational sectors, especially K–12 online learning, is a plus
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and remote collaboration tools
