In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with global safety regulations for our clients in the EMEA region. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of global safety regulations, with a focus on EMEA region, and ensure compliance for our clients. Act as the main point of contact for safety-related inquiries and concerns from clients in the EMEA region. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential safety risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections at client sites to ensure compliance with regulations and identify areas for improvement. Provide guidance and support to clients on implementing safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe work environment. Stay up-to-date on emerging safety regulations and industry best practices, and make recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures as needed. Develop and deliver training programs on safety regulations and protocols to clients and internal teams. Investigate and report any safety incidents or accidents, and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety compliance and incident reporting. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on safety regulations and address any concerns or issues. Mentor and train junior team members to ensure a high level of safety expertise within the company. Collaborate with regulatory agencies and industry organizations to stay informed on changes in safety regulations and advocate for the company's interests.
