You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief and market mapping to candidate sourcing, screening, interview management, and offer negotiation. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full lifecycle recruitment for challenging and specialized roles, from initial intake to successful placement.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify top-tier passive and active candidates through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, proprietary databases, etc.).
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering market insights, talent mapping, and strategic guidance.
  • Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on search progress.
  • Negotiate offers and close placements, ensuring alignment between candidate and client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Continuously research industry trends, talent markets, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an agency or executive search firm.
  • Proven track record of successful placements in niche or high-demand sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting for technology, finance, or executive-level positions.
  • Knowledge of market trends and compensation benchmarks in various industries.
  • Certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition.
