About Synagenix Synagenix is a fast-growing provider platform connecting med spas, wellness clinics, and licensed healthcare practices to compounding pharmacy partners — all through one portal. GLP-1s, peptides, hormones, vitamins — one login, all 50 states, compliance built in. The Opportunity We're looking for connected, driven reps who already have relationships with clinic owners, med spa operators, NPs, PAs, or practice managers. This is a 1099 commission role with residual income — meaning you get paid every month your accounts keep ordering. Not a one-time commission. Every month. For as long as the account is active. This Role Is For You If

• You already have a network in med spas, aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare
• You're a self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
• You want uncapped earning potential built on recurring revenue
• You have a background in medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical, device, or healthcare sales — or you're a provider yourself who knows the space

What You'll Do

• Introduce Synagenix to practices in your network
• Walk prospects through the platform and pricing
• Support new accounts through onboarding and first order
• Build a book of business that pays you month over month

Compensation

Commission on every account you bring on — paid monthly, for as long as your accounts remain active. The more you build, the more you make. Specific terms discussed during the interview. What Can You Actually Earn? Competitive commission on every order your accounts place — paid monthly, recurring for as long as your accounts stay active. A single active account can generate $500–$2,000+ per month depending on order volume. The more your accounts order, the more you earn — automatically, without any additional work on your part. Close 5 solid accounts and you're looking at $2,500–$10,000 per month in recurring income. Close 10 and that's 25k-100k in recurring commissions. The income stacks. Every account you bring on adds to what you're already earning. No ceiling, no expiration date on your commissions. Important This is not a salaried position.
