Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our customer interaction, ensuring that each customer has a positive experience. You will handle inquiries, provide solutions, and build strong relationships with our customers. Your role is critical in maintaining careerzynith's reputation for exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Requirements

  • Basic computer proficiency
