[Hiring] Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist / Occupational Therapist @Liberty Education Solutions
Role Description Provide school-based (virtual and/or onsite) therapy services to students with diverse needs. Enjoy flexible scheduling — work as little as 1 hour per week or build a full caseload. Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ academic, communication, and functional success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
Qualifications
- SLP: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active PA license (ASHA preferred)
- OT: Master’s in Occupational Therapy
- Active PA license/certification
- All Candidates: School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and technology skills
- Student-centered, compassionate approach
- Pennsylvania Clearances (if applicable): Child Abuse, Criminal Check, FBI Fingerprinting, Mandated Reporter, TB Test
