- HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with business units to provide strategic HR support, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- * Employee Relations: Be the go-to resource for employee concerns, working to ensure a positive and respectful work environment.
- * Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from job postings and interviews to onboarding, ensuring we hire the best talent.
- * Operations: Handle HR operations, including benefits administration, compliance, and policies.

- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- * Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master degree preferred.
- * Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- * Strong understanding of HR principles, employment legislation, and regulations.
- * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- * Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- * Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- * SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
