Job Summary

As a Delta Airlines Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our valued passengers. This is a remote, part-time position with flexible scheduling opportunities, offering competitive compensation. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally

  • Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling flight reservations
  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines policies and promotions
  • Document all customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure resolution

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1-year customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
