Our ideal candidate has exceptional data entry skills, including fast typing, attention to detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. Working closely with a Data Manager and the data team, you will be expected to uphold data integrity and security policies. Key Responsibilities: ? Enter customer and account data from source documents within set deadlines. ? Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry. ? Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and ensure outputs are accurate. ? Research and gather additional information for incomplete or unclear documents. ? Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents as required. ? Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data integrity and security protocols. ? Respond to queries regarding data and provide access to relevant files when necessary. ? Ensure proper maintenance and operation of office equipment, addressing malfunctions as needed. Qualifications: ? Proven experience in a data entry role, such as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk. ? Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data entry programs. ? Strong familiarity with administrative tasks and processes. ? Ability to use office equipment, including fax machines and scanners. ? Fast and accurate typing skills. ? Excellent command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation. ? High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. ? Commitment to maintaining confidentiality. ? A high school diploma or equivalent (additional computer training or certification is a plus). Preferred Skills: ? Familiarity with database management systems. ?
