Job Responsibilities

As a Remote/Hybrid Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Dialing outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in specific products and booking appointments for business partners.
  • Maintaining a high degree of data accuracy while booking appointments for members.
  • Providing excellent written and verbal communication consistently.
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Adapting to fast-changing guidelines and procedures while informing clients.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school graduate or G.E.D. is required.
  • Call Center Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to multitask while speaking on the phone and using a computer simultaneously.
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer Service Experience: Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements.

  • Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
