Applicants who call the Firm will not be considered. This position is remote in South Africa Compensation: $15,000 - $18,000 Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
- Performs initial legal intake with prospective clients wishing to retain the firm.
- Schedules consultations for qualified leads.
- Completes accurate data entry and maintains all required information in the firm's CRM.
- Conducts follow-up communications with prospective clients.
- Provides intake reporting and administrative support related to client acquisition.
- Assists with special projects, as needed.
Qualifications: What You’ll Bring
- A genuine desire to help people during difficult times.
- Stellar communication skills — you listen as well as you speak.
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Clio, Hubspot, or similar).
- The ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a law firm, call center, or client service role is a plus, but not required if you’re eager to learn.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience.
