Applicants who call the Firm will not be considered. This position is remote in South Africa Compensation: $15,000 - $18,000 Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

  • Performs initial legal intake with prospective clients wishing to retain the firm.
  • Schedules consultations for qualified leads.
  • Completes accurate data entry and maintains all required information in the firm's CRM.
  • Conducts follow-up communications with prospective clients.
  • Provides intake reporting and administrative support related to client acquisition.
  • Assists with special projects, as needed.

Qualifications: What You’ll Bring

  • A genuine desire to help people during difficult times.
  • Stellar communication skills — you listen as well as you speak.
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Clio, Hubspot, or similar).
  • The ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a law firm, call center, or client service role is a plus, but not required if you’re eager to learn.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience.
