We are looking for an IT Researcher to join our Global Recruitment Team. At Miratech, you’ll help us build strong tech teams. With hiring across 25+ countries, our recruitment is truly international: one day you might be searching for IT talent in India or Europe, and the next — exploring markets in Latin America or Canada. As an IT Researcher, you will play a key role in supporting our global recruitment team. Your main focus will be on identifying and engaging IT talent across different regions, conducting market research, and building strong candidate pipelines. Daily Scope of Work: Actively search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements using multiple channels: LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal database, job boards, and social networks. Conduct CV screening, manage candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters, and keep all information up to date. Initiate contact with potential candidates (including “cold” outreach) and build initial engagement. Conduct market analysis, research, and prepare reports and presentations to support hiring decisions. Maintain, structure, and expand internal recruitment databases and related reports. Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure smooth hiring processes. Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a recruitment agency, IT company, marketing, or sales department in a junior/assistant/researcher role. Bachelor’s degree or higher (flexible schedule available for students). Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher, both written and spoken. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to process, interpret, and present data. Creativity and “out-of-the-box” thinking to identify new sourcing strategies and attract top talent. Additional Information We offer Culture of relentless performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth. Competitive pay and benefits: enjoy a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, language courses, and a relocation program. ForeverRemote work culture: make the most of the flexibility that comes with remote work. Growth mindset: reap the benefits of a range of professional development opportunities, including certification programs, mentorship and talent investment programs, internal mobility, and internship opportunities. Global impact: collaborate on impactful projects for top global clients and shape the future of industries. Welcoming multicultural environment: be a part of a dynamic, global team and thrive in an inclusive and supportive work environment with open communication and regular team-building company social events. Social sustainability values: join our sustainable business practices focused on five pillars, including IT education, community empowerment, fair operating practices, environmental sustainability, and gender equality.
