Janitorial Appointment Setter (1099 Independent Contractor - Remote)

SGS is a professional B2B lead generation firm specializing in appointment setting for commercial service companies nationwide. We help janitorial companies connect with qualified decision-makers through targeted outreach campaigns that generate sales opportunities and facility walkthroughs. We are expanding our team and are seeking experienced appointment setters with a proven background in commercial janitorial prospecting. The Opportunity This is not a customer service or inbound role. We are looking for experienced outbound professionals who understand how to identify decision-makers, navigate gatekeepers, and secure appointments for commercial janitorial services. The ideal candidate has previous experience setting appointments for janitorial companies and understands how to speak with facility managers, property managers, office managers, operations leaders, and business owners. This is a remote 1099 independent contractor position offering flexible scheduling during normal U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting calls to commercial businesses
  • Identify and engage decision-makers
  • Schedule qualified appointments and facility walkthroughs
  • Follow up on email campaigns and previous outreach attempts
  • Document call activity and notes in CRM systems
  • Meet weekly outreach and appointment goals
  • Provide campaign feedback and market intelligence

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial janitorial appointment-setting experience
  • Previous experience setting appointments for janitorial, commercial cleaning, or facility services companies
  • Strong understanding of commercial cleaning sales processes
  • Experience speaking with facility managers, property managers, office managers, and business owners
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • Must reside in the United States
  • Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection
  • Available during standard U.S. business hours
  • Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
  • Experience using CRM and dialing platforms preferred
  • PhoneBurner experience is a plus

Reference Requirement Applicants must provide at least one verifiable professional reference from a past supervisor. Applications without relevant janitorial appointment-setting experience will not be considered.

Compensation

  • Starting pay: $15.00 per hour (1099 Independent Contractor)
  • Performance-based pay increases
  • Weekly direct deposit payments
  • Consistent ongoing campaign work
