What You’ll Do
- Originate residential and non-owner-occupied mortgage loans
- Build and manage your own pipeline and referral relationships
- Guide borrowers from application through closing
- Work closely with in-house processing and compliance teams
- Grow consistent monthly production while maintaining service quality
What We’re Looking For
- Active NMLS license (required)
- Originators and Sales Leaders
- Ability to self-source or manage referral-based business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth
