Label & Supplies Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE: Responsible for the development and execution of a strategic sales plan to achieve market sales targets, corporate objectives, promote revenue growth and client satisfaction for clients focusing on Print-Media Solutions (Printers, Labels, Supplies) KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Develop and execute effective sales programs that will retain and develop a current book of business as well as attract additional accounts for the profitable company growth. Development of new business: Identify key target accounts and explore other business opportunities Implement strategies to increase recurring revenue streams and maintain gross margins focusing primarily on Print-Media Solutions (Printers, Labels and Supplies) product categories. Develop annual sales plan and quotas in support of organizational strategy and objectives. Direct the implementation and execution of sales reporting, policies and practices to include forecasting and pipeline management. Participate in alignment of multiple channel selling strategies. Provide input and support to company leadership in the development of affiliations and partnership arrangements. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS: Minimum of 5 years’ selling experience selling Printing Solution (Printers, Supplies, Labels) Solutions Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; up to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. REASONING ABILITY: Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
