This is a remote position. The Sudhoff Agency is an independent insurance agency focused on protecting families through personalized life insurance solutions. We are selectively adding licensed life insurance agents who are professional, coachable, and interested in long-term growth within a supportive environment. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for licensed agents who want access to quality leads, mentorship, and a proven sales process — without micromanagement. What you'll do
- Connect with clients who have already requested information — no cold calling
- Conduct phone or Zoom appointments to assess client needs
- Present appropriate life insurance solutions tailored to each family
- Follow up professionally and consistently with prospective clients
- Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship sessions

Requirements
- Active life insurance license (required)
