Manager, Creative Services (Remote)

• Own and evolve the creative expression across all channels web, campaigns, product launches, content, social, events, and sales enablement.
• Translate AI narrative and brand strategy into compelling visual and storytelling systems.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and differentiation across every customer and market touchpoint.
• Push the brand forward by balancing polish with boldness and speed.
• Build and lead a modern creative studio using AI-focused workflows.
• Establish repeatable systems and templates that enable high-volume, high-impact output.
• Lead creative development for major brand campaigns and product launches.
• Support sales and marketing teams with creative that drives engagement and conversions.
• Mentor and lead a diverse team of designers and creative partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven experience leading brand evolution or repositioning efforts.
• Strong background in campaign development, visual systems, and storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in creative workflows.
• Ability to connect creative decisions to business impact.
• Exceptional taste and high standards while maintaining the ability to execute quickly.
• Excellent collaboration skills with senior leaders and stakeholders.
