Responsibilities
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical and dental sectors through outside sales efforts.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our billing services, emphasizing how they streamline operations and improve financial outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, practice managers, and administrative staff to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with client goals while ensuring mutual value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, highlighting product features and benefits.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling or service enhancements, demonstrating strong analysis skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple clients effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful product demos and technical sales presentations.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust quickly within healthcare environments.
- Knowledge of medical billing processes, revenue cycle management, or related healthcare services is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and presentations.
