Part-Time Remote Call Center Agent notifyMD Pay: $21/hour Schedule: Part-Time consistent, set schedules of weekdays and one required weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Holidays are required. In this fast-paced role, you will handle a high volume of incoming calls, turning stressful situations into positive experiences with your calm and warm demeanor. What You Need to Succeed Skills: Typing speed of 35+ WPM and strong computer proficiency. Traits: Self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and excellent at written communication. Experience: Customer Service experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person! Remote Work Requirements To be considered, you must have the following: A distraction-free workspace. Windows 10 or 11 PC or Laptop (No Macs/Apple products, Chromebooks, or tablets) that has at least 1GB of storage. Minimum 1600 x 900 screen display resolution (dual monitors preferred). Wired USB headset with a microphone (no Bluetooth).
