The OEM Partner Account Manager grows revenue and partner success by managing assigned OEM relationships, developing joint plans, and guiding opportunities from early engagement through order. This role aligns partner needs with Belden solutions, coordinates internal resources, and helps improve share of wallet through a consistent partner experience. While this position is remore, preference will be given to candidates in the Eastern Upper Midwest Region (Michigan, Ohio, Indiana).

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned OEM partner accounts to meet bookings/revenue goals and agreed partner outcomes. Build and run joint account plans, including pipeline development, forecasts, and quarterly business reviews. Identify opportunities where Belden products/solutions fit OEM applications; coordinate pricing, quoting, and commercial execution with internal teams. Improve partner experience by coordinating issue resolution (delivery, quality, product questions) and keeping commitments visible and on track. Provide partner and market feedback to internal stakeholders to improve offerings, programs, and go-to-market execution. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in [Business/Engineering/related] or equivalent experience. 3+ years of account management and/or channel/partner management experience, ideally selling technical products/solutions. Experience managing OEM relationships, including pipeline building, forecasting, and negotiating commercial terms. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Service. Ability to travel 50% (as needed for partner sites, reviews, and key meetings). Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $100,000 - 150,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
