Key Responsibilities

  • Cross‑check insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details, flagging discrepancies for follow‑up.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, updates, and resolutions to support audit trails and quality improvement initiatives.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to streamline the admission workflow, especially during emergent clinical interruptions.
  • Participate in daily huddles and shift briefings to stay informed about system updates, policy changes, and patient flow priorities.
