OverviewPersonal Injury Paralegal - Remote (Bilingual Spanish).Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year. This range is provided by Jobot; actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.ResponsibilitiesDraft and file legal documents in California state civil courts (including e-filing)Prepare discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and case correspondenceTrack court dates, deadlines, and hearings; maintain litigation calendarCoordinate depositions, mediations, and trial preparationManage client communication and file organizationAssist in drafting and organizing demand packages and trial materialsQualifications3+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally at a personal injury Plaintiff side law firmStrong knowledge of court rules and deadlinesExcellent clerical skills with attention to detail in document preparationExperience including drafting motions, preparing discovery, reviewing records, scheduling, e-filing, hearing and trial preparation, and file and calendar managementAbility to draft clear and concise legal documentsStrong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlinesSpanish fluency is a mustParalegal certificateAbout UsWe are a plaintiffs' litigation firm whose sole focus is pursuing compensation for injured people and their families.
