Procurement Contractor

We are currently seeking a Procurement Contractor to support our Human Resources and Operations departments in coordinating, tracking, and managing company purchases and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage procurement processes for equipment, software, and operational supplies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify purchasing needs and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Manage relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with company purchasing policies.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contract terms where necessary.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and payment documentation.
- Support internal teams by ensuring timely availability of essential work tools for remote employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing coordination, or contract management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and procurement tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
