Product Agent

As an Agent, Product, you will contribute to this mission by supporting the commercialization, operationalization, and go-to-market execution of the products and services offered to our partner network. This role is highly operational and cross-functional. You will ensure the accuracy and smooth execution of product-related activities, while collaborating closely with Product Managers and multiple internal teams, including Sales, Billing, and Operations. Success in this role means maintaining efficient processes, supporting product launches, identifying opportunities for improvement, and acting as a key liaison between teams to ensure seamless product operations. Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role Coordinate the creation of product offers and ensure all required parameters are captured accurately. Request and coordinate product name and description translations. Maintain product pricing across internal platforms and price lists. Coordinate price changes for product catalogs and subscriptions. Update pricing documentation and quote tools. Request the creation of discounts, promotions, and promo codes. Act as a liaison between Product, Sales, Billing, and Operations teams. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to products, billing, and customer incidents. Support manual usage reconciliations, quantity uploads, and data mappings. Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to the automation and optimization of recurring processes. Participate in product go-to-market execution and operational readiness activities. Here's what you need to have and master to get the job 2–4 years of experience in an operational, product operations, business operations, coordination, administration, or similar role. Experience working in cross-functional environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Experience managing data, pricing, catalogs, reporting, or operational processes is considered a strong asset. Experience in SaaS, technology, telecommunications, or fast-paced environments is considered an asset. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of Office 365 and Power BI (or other BI tools) is considered an asset. Comfortable working with multiple systems, tools, and operational platforms. You will love this role if You enjoy operational work and making processes run smoothly.
