Product Manager - Integrations

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Make is the leading visual platform for anyone to design, build, and automate anything—from tasks and workflows to apps and systems—without the need for coding skills. We are headquartered in the flourishing tech hub of Prague, Czech Republic, and our teams are spread across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India and Chile, among other locations. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Product Manager to lead the team responsible for Make's app development platform — the foundation that enables thousands of integrations on Make. This role demands an individual with a strong background in developer platforms, APIs, or integration products, who can champion the product strategy, drive rigorous prioritization, and partner closely with engineering to deliver robust, reliable, and scalable capabilities. The ideal candidate will excel at navigating complex technical trade-offs, managing diverse stakeholders — from internal teams to external developers and technology partners — and turning challenges into simple, customer-focused outcomes. What you’ll do: Shape the product strategy and roadmap for Make's Apps (3rd party integrations) development platform, ensuring it remains the fastest, most reliable way for developers and partners to build, publish, and maintain apps on Make. Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities to expand and strengthen Make's app ecosystem — improving developer experience, app lifecycle management, and the breadth and quality of integrations available to customers. Lead the development of key platform capabilities — including SDK, runtime, publishing pipeline, and native apps — carefully managing dependencies and backwards compatibility while partnering with engineering to ensure robustness, reliability, and a seamless developer and customer experience. Collaborate with an Engineering Manager and a Product Designer to drive discovery, experimentation, and delivery. Partner with product marketing, research, technology partners, and other teams to maintain strong alignment and shared understanding across the company. Champion the customer perspective by translating developer, partner, and end-user insights into clear, actionable product decisions that grow Make's app offering at scale. Leverage AI tools to explore ideas, accelerate discovery, and improve how your team builds and communicates. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, inspiring your team to think big, iterate fast, and celebrate progress as you shape a platform that powers thousands of apps and millions of automations. What we are looking for: Strong understanding of best practices in product management, continuous discovery, and SaaS business models, with a focus on building platforms that scale reliably for growing and enterprise customers. Entrepreneurial thinking, proactive and collaborative individuals with exceptional communication skills, able to bridge technical depth and business impact across diverse stakeholders. Deep understanding of process automation and workflow orchestration. 5+ years of experience in a product management role, with a proven track record of leading technical or platform products that supported growth, scalability, and customer success at scale. Experience utilizing AI tools and frameworks for prototyping, ideation, and artifact creation in a product management context. Proven ability to make complicated decisions, manage diverse stakeholders, and drive collaboration across multiple internal teams. Demonstrated ability to motivate individuals, speak up, and convince people through compelling arguments and data. Excellent written and verbal fluency in English. Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation, integrations, SaaS APIs, or no-code platforms is a plus.
