Title: Project Coordinator (Records & Data Prep) - NC, MN Location: Charlotte, NC, Minneapolis, MN, United States Employee Type: Contract Job Type: Pay Range: $46 - $49 per hour Job Description: Job#: 3036957 Job Description: Job Title: Project Coordinator (Records & Data Prep) Location: Remote (Charlotte, NC preferred / Minneapolis, MN considered) Contract Length: 12 months Pay Rate: $45/hr - $49/hr Note: We are unable to consider C2C or third-party submissions. Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a large-scale HR records initiative. This role will play a part in preparing and organizing high volumes of data for future automation into a Document Management System. In this assignment, you may participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements, review and analyze assignments, and present recommendations for resolving situations while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Stage and organize large volumes of files within shared drives for system ingestion. Ensure files and folder structures align with defined formatting and organizational standards. Support the preparation of data for automation into document management systems. Provide hands-on support and guidance to users. Analyze file repositories, such as SharePoint and network drives, and improve organization. Collaborate with project teams and other records coordinators. Maintain strict data accuracy and confidentiality for sensitive HR records. Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Required Qualifications 2+ years of Business Execution, coordination, or project support experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data and files. High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential or sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with records management or document management processes. Experience with SharePoint, shared drives, or file repository analysis. Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and Power Query, and reporting tools like Power BI. Exposure to scripting or automation, such as PowerShell or Python. A strong customer service mindset with the ability to guide and support end users.

Work Environment

This is a virtual role, with a preference for candidates in Charlotte, NC, and consideration for those in Minneapolis, MN. The position offers flexible work hours, including coordination across multiple time zones, and follows a standard schedule of 8 hours per day.
