Real Estate Transaction Coordinator – Wholesale & Double Closings (Full-Time, Remote)

We're a real estate investment company closing wholesale and double-close deals across GA, MD, VA, and DC. We manage 30+ active files at any given time and need a second TC to keep up with volume. This is not a side gig or a short-term contract. We're building a team for the long haul and looking for someone who wants to grow with us for years, not months.

• You'll shadow our lead TC during onboarding, then own your pipeline independently.
• What You'll Do

- Manage 15+ active files simultaneously from executed contract to closing - Coordinate between sellers, buyers, title companies, and agents - Track all deadlines, contingencies, and compliance items - Maintain deal files in our systems (DocuSign, Trello, Google Drive) - Navigate difficult situations - deals fall apart, parties go dark, deadlines shift. You keep everything moving. What You Need - Experience coordinating real estate closings - Solid understanding of title and escrow procedures - Wholesale or double-close experience strongly preferred - High stress tolerance - this is a high-volume, fast-paced operation with multiple fires at once. You need to stay calm in the chaos. - Clear, professional communicator - written and verbal This Is Not For You If - You want something easy or low-pressure - You're looking for a short-term gig between jobs - You shut down when things get hectic Compensation $300 per closed transaction.
