Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with colleagues to achieve collective sales objectives on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. Regularly update and manage our sales reporting systems to monitor progress efficiently. Facilitate and oversee weekly sales meetings, promoting adherence to the agenda and encouraging team engagement. Monitor, update, and manage various sales channels and platforms. Required Skills A positive, friendly, and energetic demeanor, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Basic knowledge of sales principles and best practices in customer service. Familiarity with the complete marketing mix, including market research and customer behavior analysis. Proficiency in utilizing spreadsheets and interpreting quantitative data to assess ROI and KPI metrics. Experience in handling email marketing campaigns and managing marketing collateral is a valuable asset.
Qualifications
