  • Manage office communications, including greeting visitors and screening calls
  • Establish and maintain office procedures, priorities, and deadlines to ensure efficient operations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and manage travel expense reports
  • Process invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies

Skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Demonstrated proficiency in core administrative functions, including word processing and records management
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Experience in problem-solving and independent judgment, managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic database systems
  • Advanced office support experience with regular typing or keyboarding duties
  • Experience managing calls using a multi-line phone system in a professional office
  • Knowledge of Washington State traffic laws and vehicle accident reporting procedures
