[Remote] Affiliate Marketing Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Leaf Home is a leading provider of home services and products, dedicated to simplifying home improvement projects for homeowners. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will establish and manage relationships with affiliate partners, oversee performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to drive marketing success across product lines.

Responsibilities

• Bring in-depth knowledge of affiliate partners and operate as the in-house expert in your channel, while also showing a more general understanding of the media landscape and measurement to work collaboratively with biddable counterparts
• Responsible for portfolio performance and budget of eight-plus figures per month
• Leads the budgeting, testing, and optimization roadmap for team against assigned KPIs
• Accountable to the performance and productivity of team including operational setup tasks, pacing, partner communication and troubleshooting
• Works directly with Leaf Home's largest affiliate partners to negotiate price; create new initiatives and execute on the affiliate strategy as outlined by Director of Affiliate
• Take investigative approach to affiliate partners and decisively dictates next steps
• Works with the Director to build a quarterly roadmap that aligns with strategic vision of the Digital Acquisition team
• Communicates weekly with FP&A and Senior Manager on affiliate spend, performance and optimization expectations
• Prioritizes affiliate needs for internal stakeholders that results in successful launches and performance
• Continuously scope and research new and emerging programmatic opportunities to meet the success metrics of Leaf Home
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 5+ years of affiliate experience with lead generation focused objectives
• Understanding of paid search, SEO, social media, native advertising, and programmatic
• Experience managing and leading direct reports
• Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without 'dropping the ball.'
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a 'roll up your sleeves' and 'win every day' mentality
• Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals
• Detail-oriented and can focus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately
• Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection
• Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
• Understanding of marketing channels such as paid and organic search, social, email, display, strategic integrations, etc
