[Remote] AI Engineer (IT)

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on AI integration, data management, and automation to drive business value.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions
- Manage data lifecycle processes, ensuring high data quality and integrity
- Develop and enforce policies for data governance and compliance
- Automate business processes using Power Platform and AI tools
- Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
- Maintain and optimize Dynamics 365 and related data systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Stay updated on advancements in AI, Dynamics 365, and data management
- Propose and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in AI, data management, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot Studio and the ability to build agents
- Strong knowledge of automation, analytics, and data governance
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a structured, cross-functional environment
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams
- Experience working collaboratively across departments to support solution development and implementation
- Exposure to AI or data-driven applications in a business setting, including custom-built solutions tailored to specific business needs
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or similar enterprise tools
- Familiarity with data processing, analytics, or reporting workflows
- Experience deploying or supporting applications in production environments, including basic monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or AI/ML technologies
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Knowledge of SQL, Python for data analysis and automation
