Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner.
- Assist Broward County Transit System TOPS Customers schedule transportation services in an empathetic and patient manner.
- Respond to questions and provide information while exceeding customer expectations.
- De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs.
Details:
- Start Date: Monday 6/1/26
- PAID Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST for 3 weeks
- SHIFTS: 5 days a week (Sundays & 4 weekdays)
- Schedule: 3pm - 12am MIDNIGHT (Sunday schedule earlier, 12pm - 9pm)
- Pay: $16.19/hr plus performance pay

- Windows 11 PRO (no Macs or Chromebooks)
- Two (2) available USB 2.0 or greater ports

Camera:
- Integrated or USB Camera with 1080p resolution or higher. Please note that camera models will vary. Please make sure the cameras are compatible with Windows 11.

- Internet connection must not be shared with more than 3 devices in the same location
