Blossom ABA Therapy is a company dedicated to supporting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in their work-life balance and professional success. They are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Clinical Director to lead and manage the clinic, oversee staff, and ensure the effective implementation of ABA therapy for clients.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the clinic including overseeing the clinic staff
- Conduct tours for prospective clients families to show our facilities
- Oversee the implementation of all scheduling and proper ABA therapy
- Provide training for the clients families
- Maintain proper decorum and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Oversee a caseload of clients
Skills
- Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related fields
- Currently certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 2 years of clinical BCBA experience
- Access to reliable transportation
- Strong leadership qualities
