[Remote] Central Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Build rapport with existing customers to offer the best solutions for their specific needs, including cross-selling products
- Provide timely responses to inquiries via phone and email
- Process certificates, handle endorsements and binder requests for personal lines insurance policies
- Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
Skills
- At least one year of property and casualty insurance experience in central region states
- Active property and casualty insurance license
- Located in Central Time
- Servicing existing policyholders and successful track record in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively function at a high level in a virtual work environment
