What You'll Do
As a Cloud Operations Analyst, you'll help support and maintain Blue Mountain's cloud-hosted software environments for customers across the global life sciences industry. You'll work closely with experienced technical teams while gaining hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, databases, scripting, and software operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support cloud-based customer deployments and system configurations Monitor cloud environments to ensure reliability and performance Execute and maintain PowerShell scripts for operational tasks and automation Assist with SQL database backup, restore, and maintenance activities Support Azure cloud infrastructure and related services Create and maintain technical documentation and process guides Assist with authentication setup and application access management Help troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues Participate in software upgrades, cloud operations tasks, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is curious, collaborative, and eager to grow their technical skills in a fast-paced cloud operations environment. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field Working knowledge of: PowerShell scripting Microsoft SQL / SQL querying Microsoft Azure cloud technologies Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment
Nice to Have
