Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

All contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check and agree to the independent‑contractor terms outlined below.

Independent Contractor Relationship

The relationship between you and careerzynith is strictly contractual. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and retirement planning. careerzynith will not withhold taxes, provide vacation pay, sick leave, health benefits, workers’ compensation, or any other employee‑type benefits. By signing the contract, you acknowledge that you have no claim against careerzynith for such benefits.
