Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient service, negotiating payments, and driving success in a fast-paced call center environment. You will be responsible for establishing contact with customers, providing accurate information, and negotiating reasonable payments. You will work closely with our team leads, management, and clients to resolve disputes and ensure patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional patient service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients

  • Contact patients via telephone to collect payments on medical bills, negotiating appropriate and reasonable payments
  • Communicate accurate information to patients in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Review patient accounts, documenting interactions and feedback
  • Set up patient payments via check, electronic transfer, or credit card
  • Collaborate with team leads, management, and clients to resolve disputes and ensure patient satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed established goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
